एकदा मी शाळेच्या मैदानावर एक स्थानिक Football सामना बघितला होता.
तिथे बसल्यावर मी एका मुलाला विचारले की Score काय आहे?
त्याने हसून उत्तर दिले, “ते आमच्यापेक्षा 3-0 ने आघाडीवर आहेत.”
मी म्हणालो, “खरंच!”
म्हणजे मला म्हणायचे आहे तुम्ही Disappointed वाटत नाही.
“Disappointed!!” त्या मुलाने आश्चर्याने माझ्याकडे बघितलं.
मी Disappointed का होईन! अजून पंचांनी Game समाप्तीची शेवटची whistle वाजवलेली नाही.
माझा Team वर आणि संघ व्यवस्थापकांवर पूर्ण विश्वास आहे, आम्ही नक्कीच जिंकू.
खरोखरीच तसेच झाले, Game त्या मुलाच्या संघाने 5-4 च्या आघाडीने जिंकला.
त्याने एका स्मित हास्यासह सावकाश माझ्याकडे बघून हात हलवला आणि तो निघून गेला.
मी आश्चर्याने, आ वासून बघतच राहिलो, असा
आत्मविश्वास; इतका ठाम विश्वास!
त्या रात्री मी घरी परत आल्यावरही, त्याचा प्रश्न माझ्या मनात घुमत होता:
मी Disappointed का होईन? अजून पंचांनी Game समाप्तीची शेवटची whistle वाजवलेली नाही.
आयुष्य हे सुद्धा एका Game सारखे आहे… शेवट पर्यंत धैर्याने सामोरे जा!
जीवन अजून संपलेलं नसतांना Disappointed का व्हायचं?
शेवटची whistle वाजत नाही तोपर्यंत आशा का सोडायची
खरी गोष्ट अशी की बरेच लोक Game समाप्तीची शेवटची whistle स्वतःच वाजवतात.
जोपर्यंत आयुष्य आहे तोपर्यंत काहीही अशक्य नाही, आणि तुमच्यासाठी कधीही फार उशीर झालेला नसतो. अर्धवेळ म्हणजे पूर्णवेळ नसते.
